I’m a certified fitness and wellness coach with a focus on functional movements that feel good.
About me
My mission is simple: help
you train like an athlete through movements
that are right for you.
I began my fitness journey with competitive dance.
Since then, I’ve spent the past decade exploring various forms of exercise in order to build an intimate relationship with my inner athlete — to understand her strengths, her weaknesses, her goals, her limitations. In doing so, I’ve identified the movements that are right for me.
I strive to help my clients build this relationship with their own inner athlete through a similar process of exploration. I want everyone to experience the endorphin-filled senses of joy, accomplishment, and confidence that come with moving your body in a way that feels good.
In addition to my fitness expertise, I bring encouragement, hope, positivity, and authenticity to every class and workout.

We’ll meet your inner athlete wherever they are through the right combination of HIIT, pilates-inspired flows, aerobic exercise, and more to improve your strength, cardiovascular health, and physique.

I’ve adapted my competitive dance training into classes that combine dance movements with light weights and body weight exercises for a fun, full-body sculpting experience.

The weight room doesn’t have to be intimidating; We’ll review the form and function behind various exercises to make you feel comfortable and confident during your workout.

Whether you’re new to running or looking to improve your PR, we’ll leverage my UESCA education and personal experience – including the 2023 NYC Marathon – to create a sustainable training plan to improve your endurance and speed.
